A flexible contract system
We also don’t like being tied to inflexible contracts over a long period of time. That’s why we decided to design a flexible contract system that gives you the freedom to switch between the packages on offer or cancel the contract at any time. This gives you the freedom to change your mind at any time.
1. Conclusion
You can conclude a user contract with us via our platform at any time. The provision of your contractually agreed services takes place upon receipt of the contract request by us.
2. Duration
In principle, your contract has an unlimited term. In effect, the contract runs until we receive your request to change or cancel (see below).
3. Change (contract)
You can change your current contract via our platform at any time. The changes to the contractually agreed services become active immediately upon receipt of the change request by us.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your current contract via our platform at any time. The contractually agreed services will be discontinued immediately upon receipt of the cancellation request by us.
Likewise, we have the right to terminate your contract at any time. In this case, we will immediately stop the contractually agreed services upon sending the notice of termination.
5. Billing
The contractually agreed services are billed retroactively on a monthly basis, taking into account contract changes and terminations, on a pro rata basis of the corresponding contract durations to the minute.
6. Payment
Payments for the contractually agreed services for the current month are due at the beginning of the following month. The amount due is debited automatically.
7. Security
The security of your data is of course very important to us! For your convenience, our terms are summarized in our separate privacy policy.
8. Availability
Our servers can also fail. In such situations, we take care of restoring the availability of our contracted services as soon as possible.
9. Misuse
You are responsible for the data you upload to our platform and share with other users. The misuse of our platform is strictly prohibited!
10. Liability
We do not assume any liability for damages resulting from the use of our platform, the loss of your data, or the lack of availability of our platform or your data.
11. Change (terms)
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms of the contract at any time. You always have the right to cancel your contract immediately in case of changes.
12. Validity
The contractual provisions agreed with legal framework conditions remain valid, even if other provisions lose their validity due to legal framework conditions.
